You have 13 logos, I think the better way is to create 4 “columns blocks”, with 4 columns inside each “columns block”
Copy and paste the block below to keep the same structure
Organisation a page with tables is not a good practice. Tables have to be used only to organise data.
That’s why you can’t insert block inside table cell.(no option is available to manage images, etc…)
